By Cathy Winston

Posted on May 9th 2010

Packed with antioxidants, blueberries have been hailed as superfoods. And while we wouldn't go so far as to say this is a superfood cocktail, packing your shaker with fruit definitely tastes great, looks good and gives you a good excuse to get mixing.

Makes one cocktail

35ml Tanqueray No. TEN
5ml lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup
50ml cranberry juice
2 blackberries
8 blueberries

Muddle the fruit with the sugar syrup in the bottom of the cocktail shaker.Add the rest of the ingredients, shake and double strain.

Pour into a chilled Martini glass. Spray the oils from a lemon zest over the glass. Garnish with a blackberry and three blueberries on a cocktail stick.
