How can you really tell that Summer is here? It's not the fact that you can at last turn your heating off, or the pictures of babes in bikinis on the front page of the tabloids, but the 10 mile queue at the ice-cream van.Do you remember your favourite childhood lollies? Get nostalgic for Feasts, Zooms and Fabs and share your memories of summer treats gone by in the comments section at the bottom.
Fab
The Fab was always a popular choice with its mix of vanilla and strawberry ice cream, but the best bit was its chocolate coated tip, covered in hundreds and thousands.
Count Dracula's Secret
This old-school lolly came complete with a red blob-like centre, and stencilled ice lolly stick.
Feast
Chocolate lovers used to go mad for Feasts with their crunchy chocolate coating and delectable chocolate centre. Yum.
Zoom
Shaped like a rocket, Zooms had three fruit ice layers to them and are considered an ice lolly classic.
Mr Men ice lollies
Mr Daydream, Mr Greedy and Mr Impossible all made it into the frozen hall of fame when Lyons Maid's decided to create a Mr Men ice lolly range.
Kinky
This hilariously named ice lolly definitely won hands down when it came to finishing touches – covered from top to bottom in hundreds and thousands.
Lemonade Sparkle
These refreshing lollies from Wall's sum up summer holidays for many lolly fans. The best bit was getting your mouth stuck to the lolly on the first bite, straight from the freezer.
Funny feet
These pink ice-cream lollies came in the shape of a foot, so you could nibble the toes off one by one, or wait for the ice cream to start melting all over your hand.
Mini Milk
These tiny little lollies offered up a milky hit of vanilla or strawberry. A little bit too mini though, as one never seemed to be quite enough.
Lolly Gobble Choc Bombs
With a name like this, you know this ice lolly is going to be a winner. Strawberry ice, chocolate and sugar balls. Who could want for more in an ice lolly?
Screwball
Packed with raspberry ripple ice cream, the Screwball kept the best bit until last, hiding an oversized ball of bubblegum at the bottom of its plastic cone.
Calippo
Wall's Calippo had two strings to its bow with its refreshing ice lolly for licking, and the slushy leftovers at the bottom of the paper cone for slurping.
Banana Man
One thing that's better than a super hero, is an iced lolly super hero. Lyons Maid's Banana Man ice lolly came to the rescue on hot summer days with its toffee centre and bright yellow ice cream coating.
Tangle Twisters
This lolly from Wall's looks like no other with its spiralling green and white ice cream casing, and a bright red fruity iced centre, and is it just us or have they got a hell of a lot smaller?
Mr Freeze Ice Pops
These lollies turned into a moreish slush in their plastic packaging, and the raspberry flavour ice pop had the power to turn your entire mouth an unbeatable shade of blue.
Cider Quench
Cider lollies were always on the ice-cream van menu and made you feel super grown up, even though they were only made from apple juice.
Cherry brandy
Another lolly that made you feel very grown-up with its boozy name, the cherry brandy ice lolly made your tongue turn a brilliant shade of red.

Wall's Jolly Jelly, Crazy Jo Cola, and Cider Gold. The last two had incredible adverts. Directed by Alan Parker (Alien etc) I think.
