Win a gourmet weekend

Listen up food fans! Finally your love of all things gourmet could help win you a weekend in London, courtesy of the publishers of bestselling book The Gourmet and Apostrophe cafes.The novel follows France's greatest food critic remembering the greatest food he has ever tasted as he lies on his death bed. And if you've had a fantastic foodie experience, it could help you win your own prize.
To enter the competition, simple describe your personal real-life gourmet experience in no more than 500 words, and send it to gourmet@apostropheuk.com or post it on the Facebook fan page at www.facebook.com/apostropheuk by July 23.
The winner will be announced on July 30, with a first prize of a one night stay in a deluxe room at the Lancaster London hotel, as well as a pair of tickets to see The 39 Steps at the Criterion in the West End, dinner for two at Pan-Asian restaurant Inamo in Soho, and breakfast for two at Apostrophe.
Two runners-up will receive hampers filled with Apostrophe products, and all the winners will get to see their stories published on the chain's website.
Judges from Apostrophe and publishers Gallic Books will be making their decision based on the entries' originality and creativity in relation to the gourmet theme.
So put down your knife and fork, pick up a pen and get writing...
