Sadly, he would probably get away with a Warning. Thats the British criminal Justice System for you. Crime needs to be tough enough to discourage others, not rewarding as it does in this country, however it must also be proportionate.
Perhaps an area to look at when you get in Power, David...
this shows complete disregard to authority, that boy needs discipline, some lashing, perhaps.

The trouble with a lot of us women is that when we are married to someone or even in a relationship, we think we own them. We get too possessive to the point of driving our men away. As much as we want freedom, they want it too. its both ways. if you suffocate the other half, simply because he married you, its only you who will lose out in the end. you will be left alone, crying, just like Cheryl.
NEWSFLASH: She had been offered more GOLD to stay on X-FACTOR, and we all know the REAL reason, don't we???

i am disappoited with a lot of people who have commented here. it only shows how immature and selfish people have grown to be. these too liberal views are the reason why such political parties as LibDem will NEVER rule in this world because they take things to extremes. a society is created by its people, not by the government. so if a member of that society misbehaves or dresses in a provocative way, it affects everyone from that society, positively as well as negatively.
Promoting Divorce destroys peoples morals. we basically teaching them that they can get married and if they dont like it, get out. Marriage is for life. the vows speak for themselves. this is the reason why people should be very careful and make sure they know the person they are marrying because its meant to be a life choice. Personally i think divorce should be discouraged such that if you divorce, you should never marry again or have to wait a good 25years before you can remarry.
This is why the moral fabric is eroding throughout the planet. Murderers already get away with it, they get the minimum of sentences, making human life less important than the materials we manufacture in our factories.
First:it was pregnancy, then homosexual, now marriages, what next??? shall we legalise pedophaelia? its a personal choice? human rights and all. Please guys, think of the bigger picture and what it takes to achieve it. Tradition is not necessarily bad, it teaches us whats important over whats not...
