How anyone can make a list of food hotspots and ignore Singapore is beyond me. On one small island is a full range of the world's cuisines, plus local dishes such as Chilli Crab, Fish Head Curry, and Prawn Sambal gained from its rich multi-cultural heritage. There are posh restaurants, but more to my taste are the street stalls, and eating lobster on the beach. Singapore has them all.
